Please READ and FOLLOW the rules. They're simple, so they shouldn't cause you too much trouble ^_^.
1. You must have a VALID email address.
2. You must give your Name/Alias and Country; all other fields are optional.
3. If you have a website, please put a code (located below) on a fanlisting/links/joined page. Submissions with a URL and no code will be placed on the fanlisting but without the URL.4. If submitting a URL, please submit the page where the code is on.
5. You must be a fan of Tsunade & Shizune (duh!).
