Been a while since I updated this page! Glad you wanted to know a little about me! Well for starters, Hi! My name is Lee, but I go by "Ami" (just 'cuz I like it). I'm now a college student up in Ohio, majoring in Music Education but brushin' up on my Spanish on the side. I'm currently the principal cellist of my orchestra (that doesn't matter since there's only 4 cellos!) but I'm a "jazz" violinist in our Jazz Ensemble. It's actually a lot more fun than people think. Mostly because I can play anything and as long as I have a serious face, they think I planned to do it! I now am renting an apartment close to campus and I work for a private medical company as an Administrative Assistant the resident translator for medical documents (much harder than you think). ˇEncantado de conocerte!

More about me ... I like most types of music: pop, R&B, hip-hop, salsa, classical, and jazz. I'm very much into Asian-style music (JPOP, KPOP, J-Urban, etc.) so much that my entire library is full of Asian CDs! Why? Well, I love the languages, first off. The music over there still has a strong emphasis on lyrics and "making" music rather than just "puttin' a beat on the ground" and "shakin' ur ass" (like American music now). Besides, I can make the lyrics mean anything I want (since my Asian languages are a little rough)! You can catch my all around Jpopmusic Forums as Bob10318. Right now, I'm in to Urban artists like SATOMI', DOUBLE, and MINMI. I've found a new love for male voices like SE7EN, Bi, Hirai Ken, and K. But I've gotta love my ladies Utada Hikaru, Amuro Namie, Crystal Kay, and Koda Kumi. I can stand "JEWEL" and "Dearest (Acoustic Version)" from Hamasaki Ayumi but they make me cry so much ...

Politics? Do really care. It's not my forté. I'm too busy working, trying to stay through this tiring degree, and maintain my place of residence to care much about voting. And don't chastise me; I don't complain about it. Love and Sex? Well ... that's a bit of secret. I'll tell you that I'm not a virgin but I will not disclose my gender/sex/orientation. That just takes the fun out of everything! Religion? I was raised Christian and I still follow the practices. It's very difficult to be religious in my current state but I try to atleast adhere to the practices I believe in. Mostly I make Christianity my own.

About Sailormoon ... Well, I got interested in it in the late 90's when it premiered on UPN. Yes, I grew up with the DiC dub. I loved it from the start! I came on only at 6:00 am, so I would get up before school and just watch it with my sister. I remember the first episode I saw was "Sailor V Makes the Scene," and I had no idea what was going on or the storyline. I mean, I knew who Moon, Tuxedo Mask, and Venus were, but I had no idea about the other Scouts/Enemies/Cats. I instantly feel in love with SailorV at that moment! Well, later on, we got a computer so I went online and looked for any information on the show. I downloaded my first clips (which were all Japanese) and got interested in the "real" anime. I grew up with "Fire Soul," "Supreme Thunder," "Mercury Bubbles Blast!", and "Venus Crescent Beam Smash!" Unfortunately, the show was cancelled from UPN, and I didn't have cable to find it anywhere else, so all I had was the internet.

I found some fansubs of the "S" season from Stephani's Anime Fansubs and bought the first tape. I LOVED it!! I loved it so much, I bought the rest of the season from her and gave her a lot of business. It's the only season I've seen in full to date!. I grew very interested in the Outer Senshi then and started my first website - the Outer Senshi Palace (which later turned into windswept sea). But still, I kinda liked Ami and her water-based powers. She was all that I wanted to be: smart, kind, submissive, a good swimmer; I loved everything about her. She a very likeable and mysterious personality that set her apart from the other senshi. I started to look for information online, trying to find out a bit more on her personality. I came across some good sites, MaC & LoL, and, they gave me what I needed. Ami became my biggest obsession!

From there, I decided to make a site dedicated to Ami and all she is. You'll find all that stuff in the 5-year anniversary section of the site and site history. Thanx for getting to know me a little better ^_~
