Uranus's abilities simulate the sky and the earth, mixing two natural opposite forces. Though she cannot use "nature" like Sailorjupiter, she can cause violent changes in the the terrain and mimic the effects of an earthquake. Her sword harnesses on wind power, using its speed and strength to cut short her target.
This is Haruka's first transformation into Uranus, introduced in Episode 106 of the anime and Act 27 of the manga. She grabs her henshin stick with her delicate fingers and allows the light of Uranus to shine from her sign the blind the audience. She then reappears, covered only by her elements, powerfully controlling the wind to wrap itself around her slender body. The wind obeys her command and engulfs her in its blustery tornado. Next, Uranus pushes the tornado aside and stands - eyes closed - permitting the kiss of the wind to remain on her lips. She learn opens her eyes and poses erect ready for action.
Officially shown in Episode 92 and Act 26, this is Uranus's first attack. She gathers the powers of wind, earth, and air in her gloved hand forming a delicate mixture. In a violent ray of right she smashed the attack into the ground causing it to ripple towards her opponent. The enemy is tossed around as if in an earthquake.
A very powerful attack comes from her tailsman, the Space Sword. Seen first in Episode 124 and Act 31, Uranus surrounds her sword with compressed air. Once she has enough, she unleashes its mighty blow upon her foe. SSB can release multiple air waves which cut-down her enemies.
Act 39 was the first time this transformation was used. This is the same phrase used to transform into SuperSailoruranus, but is used once more to transform into SailorStaruranus. A star-shapped crystal is used to transform instead of a heart-shapped one.
Appearing only in Act 43, this attack is used by SailorStaruranus or Haruka's ultimate form. It is, by far, the most powerful attack that she has. Not much is known about this particular attack, so I can only infer that it creates a powerful blast of air, much like turbulence that can be experienced on an airplane.
