"Tuxedo Uranus" is the first costume Uranus wears in the manga. "He" appears only in Act 25 of the manga observing a battle. TuxU disappears into night accompanied by a new sailor solider. Could this be an enemy or friend?
Not much is known of the shadowy figure so most is just speculation. TuxU's costume seems very similar to Tuxedo Kamen's. She wears a white mask to cover her eyes, long dress pants, and dress shoes. The cape - of course - covers her back side and cloaks the rest of her body. It looks like she wears a tuxedo from the few
images in the manga. Color seems to be lighter - possibly white - since the cloak is covered by shadow but not darkened completely.
TuxU never returns after this act, so it does bring an important question to mind: what is his purpose? The best answer I can think of it that TuxU is used as a rouse to fool the audience - and the senshi - into thinking Haruka is indeed a man and not a senshi. Haruka is the senshi of both genders so perhaps the equivalent to a Soldier for a man is "Kamen." Or, is Haruka having a little fun with us and the Sailor Senshi? I do like this sort of "secret" unveiling of the "new wave heroines." Did Haruka start off as a Kamen? Does Kamen have any attacks or special abilities? Or is it just another disguise? We may never know ...
